Going out should be the easiest way to meet new people. But somewhere along the way, nightlife became a spectator sport — everyone in the same room, nobody talking.

SIDEQ exists to change that. We're building the digital icebreaker — a gamified layer on top of real-world nightlife that makes meeting people feel like an adventure, not an obligation.

SIDEQ started when our founders noticed the same thing every weekend — bars full of people, all on their phones, all waiting for someone else to make the first move. The app was born from the simple question: what if your phone could help you put it down?
