1. Our commitment to child safety

SideQ: Nightlife & Meet People (the "App") is operated by SIDEQ LLC ("SideQ," "we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States. SideQ is a strictly 18-and-over service. We are committed to protecting children and to keeping our platform free of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on the App and across all of our services, without exception.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on SideQ, and any account found engaging in them will be removed. We prohibit any content, conduct, or communication that:

• Constitutes, depicts, promotes, facilitates, or solicits child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexualizes, grooms, or endangers a minor, or attempts to engage a minor in sexual or exploitative activity.
• Uses the App to identify, contact, or arrange contact with a minor for any sexual or exploitative purpose.
• Attempts to create an account by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18. SideQ is an adults-only (18+) service.

3. Age restriction

SideQ is intended solely for adults aged 18 and older. Users confirm at sign-up that they are 18 or older, and our Terms of Service require it. Accounts that we determine to belong to a person under 18 are removed.

4. How users can report child-safety concerns

SideQ provides an in-app mechanism for users to report other users and content. Any user can report a profile, a photo, or a message from within the App, including content that raises a child-safety concern. Reports are received by our moderation process for review.

Users, parents, guardians, and members of the public may also report child-safety concerns directly to our child-safety point of contact at safety@sideqofficial.com.

5. How we address CSAM and child-safety reports

We take child-safety reports seriously and act on them. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or other CSAE on the App:

• We review the report through our moderation process.
• We remove violating content and take action on the responsible account, which may include suspension or a permanent ban.
• We report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and we preserve related information as required by applicable law.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and comply with applicable legal obligations relating to child safety.

6. Compliance with child-safety laws

SideQ complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates, including United States federal law governing the reporting of apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC. We review and update these standards as our service and the applicable legal requirements evolve.
