You can permanently delete your account at any time, directly from the app, in a few taps:
Once you confirm, your account is permanently deleted and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.
When you delete your account, we remove your account and its associated personal data, including:

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove some of your data. You can delete individual messages you've sent from within the app, while keeping your account active:
The message is removed once you confirm. This applies to messages you sent; deleting a message can't be undone. If you'd like help removing other specific information tied to your account, contact us at privacy@sideqofficial.com and we'll assist.
If you want a copy of your information before deleting, you can export it from the app at Profile → Account → Download your data, which provides your personal data in a machine-readable (JSON) format.
If you can't access the app or want to request deletion another way, contact us at privacy@sideqofficial.com and we will help you delete your account and associated data. For full details on how we handle your information, see our app privacy policy.
